Is it possible to obtain samples from Prochase?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. For small quantities, samples are free of charge. You only need to provide your international courier account (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for freight collection.

What are the costs associated with doing business with Prochase?
- Quotation: Based on your specific inquiries.
- Sample Fee: Customized items require a development fee.
- Tooling: For non-standard items, mold costs are borne by the client and must be paid in advance.

What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard payment terms are T/T in advance or an irrevocable L/C at sight.

What Incoterms do you typically use?
Our standard Incoterm is FOB. However, we can also accept CIF and CFR (CNF) terms under certain conditions.

What is the typical lead time after placing an order?
Generally, the lead time is approximately 10–20 working days from receipt of payment, depending on the production schedule and item complexity.

Is it possible to customize the shape of the films?
We recommend using local die-cutting services. This allows for quick adjustments to meet your specific requirements.
